In the Bay Area, figure 12-14 weeks from the day we break ground. Permitting can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks before that depending on if you are in San Jose, Los Gatos, or Palo Alto.

We use Gunite. It's mixed at the nozzle with dry material and high-pressure water. It's stronger and more structural than shotcrete, which is important for the clay soil we have here.

We highly recommend it. A 3D design allows you to see sun patterns, Yard flow, and material colors before a single shovel hits the dirt.

Cartridge filters should be cleaned every 3-4 months. DE filters should be backwashed monthly and torn down for a full cleaning every 6 months.

Yes. California law (Title 20) requires them for most replacements now. They use about 80% less energy and typically pay for themselves in 2-3 years.

Common issues include low water flow (dirty filter), failed pressure switches, or ignition problems. We recommend an annual heater tune-up to prevent these outages.

Cloudy water is usually a sign of poor filtration or chemical imbalance. Start by cleaning your filter and checking your pH and Chlorine levels.

A salt pool IS a chlorine pool. The salt cell simply converts salt into chlorine. It's much gentler on eyes and skin because it prevents the buildup of chloramines.
